2. Delivery Time: We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is shipped, you can expect to receive it within 5-6 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international orders.
3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight of the package. We offer free shipping for orders over ₹50 within the India.
4. Shipping Confirmation: Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order.
5. Delivery Attempts: If no one is available to accept the delivery, the carrier will make a second attempt on the next business day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions on how to schedule a delivery or pick up the package at a local facility.
6. Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at knowandgrowpublication@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include filing a claim with the carrier or sending a replacement package.

8. International Orders: For international orders, please note that additional customs fees or taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
